Welke, based in Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra, India.

DraftLegals acts as a legal documentation and advisory service provider. Our Services do not constitute representation before any court, tribunal, or authority unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written engagement.

3. User Obligations

By using the Website and engaging our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting Services.
• Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• Not reproduce or distribute content from the Website without prior written consent.

4. Fees & Payment

• All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST).
• Payment terms are as specified in the proposal or engagement letter.
• Scope changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
• No refund shall be applicable once Services have been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is the property of DraftLegals or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, customized legal documents' IP rights are transferred to you, subject to certain conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• DraftLegals does not guarantee any specific legal outcome or court decision.
• Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement.
• DraftLegals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the parties agree to mediation in Thane, Maharashtra. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to sole arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Amendments to Terms

DraftLegals reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
